ABOUT US
Hand 2 Hand Inc. started in 2011, and we formed a collaboration with
SCORE Mentors to provide Small Business Workshops for inmates leaving our prison systems.
We have partnered with OSU Extensions to provide community gardens and the Tree of Life celebrations which conducts memorial ceremonies of life for families that have lost a loved one due to opioid overdose or gun violence.
H2H is the Northeast Ohio Community Navigator for justice-involved individuals and their families.
H2H has partnered with Deep Roots Initiatives, which engages in social and environmental justice. And we provide inmates with criminal justice news and publications from The Marshall Project.
